Fall Season starts 8/18/2008!

Interested in becoming a Rapid?

A recruiting and assessment day will be held at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center on Saturday 8/23/08 from 9-11 am. Swimmers will have the chance to swim and demonstrate skills. Coaches will place swimmers in work out groups based on assessment results. Parents of swimmers will have the opportunity to complete registration forms and ask additional questions.

Rapids returning for the fall season should be at the pool on Monday 8/18 at their respective work out time.

Our end of season banquet will be Friday 8/22/2008. This is a chance to recognize every swimmer for his/her accomplishments and is fun. Please plan on attending.

The Habersham Rapids Swim Team offers swim instruction and/or competition for children and young adults at all stages of swimming development.

The different level groups meet year round at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center in Clarkesville, Mondays through Thursdays.

Team members swim for exercise, competition, and of course, for fun! Browse our website to learn more and feel free to contact one of our coaches for more information. We look forward to seeing you at the pool soon.

Fall/Winter Swim Season

The Rapids are recuiting swimmers for the fall season at the Ruby Fulbright Aquatic Center on August 23, 2008. We welcome new swimmers along with the return of swimmers from previous seasons.

The fall/winter meet schedule will be posted in the calendar section of the web site. The Rapids usually participate in at least one swim meet each month. We host one meet at the end of september and on in January.
